Stuart, I had very high blood pressure and was on medication before I started. My blood pressure was normalized within three days of the fast. You may want to schedule a check up with your doctor or monitor your pressure daily in intervals so you can get an idea of how your blood pressure is on and off the meds while you are juicing.
